• Resolving potential problems through anticipation.
• Supervising the sale from beginning to settlement.
• Listening to sellers or buyers goals and developing a customized plan to achieve those goals.
• Developing a “design to sell” plan for sellers by providing specific advice to sellers to help prepare their homes for market.
